All Spare-Link instruments carry a 24-month warranty from the date of shipment against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spare-Link's total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific product or order giving rise to the claim. Spare-Link shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
