Ultra-Pure Water · SemiconductorPractical insights from the field — ABC classification, predictive maintenance, spare parts strategy, ISO 55000 and how Spare-Link can support your maintenance team's growth.
Not all spare parts are equal. ABC analysis separates critical assets from routine stock — and prevents both stockouts and over-investment.
Condition-based monitoring reduces unplanned downtime by 40–60%. Here is how to move from breakdown firefighting to structured predictive maintenance.
Why buying parts to store them is a 20th-century strategy. The circular economy applied to maintenance — share what you don't use, access what you need.
A maintenance audit is worthless without an implementation roadmap. Here is exactly how we turn site findings into measurable improvements — with you, not for you.
ISO 55000 is not just a certification checklist. It is a strategic framework that transforms how you think about assets, risk, and lifecycle costs.
Most maintenance teams track KPIs but few use them to make decisions. Learn to build a dashboard that connects field data to management strategy.
The wrong flowmeter costs you accuracy, maintenance time and money. This guide walks through the selection criteria for the three most common types.
When OEMs discontinue parts, most factories panic. Learn the systematic sourcing approach that keeps machines running — without buying new equipment.
A supplier audit is not a formality. It is the only reliable way to verify that the instruments you receive match the certificates they come with.
Many plants install gauges where transmitters are needed, and vice versa. Understanding the difference saves installation cost and prevents process failures.
From fill-level control to in-line pH monitoring, the right measurement instruments on a packaging line reduce waste, improve quality and cut downtime.

8 min read · Spare Parts Strategy · ISO 55000 aligned
ABC classification is a method borrowed from inventory management that categorises spare parts based on their criticality, cost, and consumption frequency. Named after the Pareto principle — 20% of parts typically drive 80% of the value — it allows maintenance managers to allocate attention, budget, and storage space where it matters most.
In a maintenance context, ABC is not purely financial. A cheap bearing might be an "A" item if its failure triggers a full production line stoppage. A €5,000 pump casing might be a "C" item if it fails once per decade and lead time is acceptable.
| Class | Criticality | Typical % of SKUs | Action |
|---|---|---|---|
| A — Critical | Line-stopper · No substitute · Long lead time | 10–15% | Always in stock · Min/max defined · Reviewed quarterly |
| B — Important | Significant impact · Substitute possible · Moderate lead | 25–35% | Safety stock · Reviewed semi-annually · Shared pool possible |
| C — Non-Critical | Minor impact · Available locally · Short lead time | 50–65% | Buy on demand · No safety stock · Review annually |
Once you have your ABC classification, C-class items with no movement in 24+ months are prime candidates for the SpareCircle exchange. Instead of disposal, they become available to other plants who may classify the same reference as A or B. You recover value; they reduce lead time risk. This is the circular economy applied to maintenance.
11 min read · CBM / PdM · Field-tested methodology
Most industrial plants start at the bottom of the maintenance maturity ladder — reactive maintenance, or "run to failure". This is the most expensive approach: unplanned downtime, emergency part sourcing, overtime labour, and secondary damage. The journey to predictive maintenance is not a single leap. It is a structured progression.
| Level | Approach | Downtime Type | Cost Index |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 — Reactive | Fix when broken | Unplanned · Long | 3.0× |
| 2 — Preventive | Fixed time intervals | Planned · Scheduled | 1.8× |
| 3 — Condition-Based | Monitor · Act on condition | Planned · Short | 1.2× |
| 4 — Predictive | Predict failure before it occurs | Planned · Minimal | 1.0× (baseline) |
A CBM programme does not need to be expensive to start. A single accelerometer on your most critical pump, connected via IO-Link to your SCADA, will generate ROI within months through avoided downtime. Scale from there.
7 min read · Spare Parts Strategy · Circular Economy
For decades, maintenance management meant one thing: buy parts and store them. The logic was simple — if you have it, you can fix it. But this logic has a fatal flaw. Storage is not neutral. Every part on a shelf costs money every month: capital tied up, insurance, obsolescence risk, space, and the administrative burden of counting it.
The result? Most industrial warehouses hold 25–40% of their inventory with zero movement in the past 24 months. They are not safety stocks — they are slow-motion write-offs.
Airbnb did not build new hotels. They put existing unused rooms to work. SpareCircle applies the same principle: parts that sit unused in your warehouse are not assets — they are liabilities. But for another plant running the same equipment, that part is urgently needed.
Moving to a circulation model does not mean eliminating your spare parts warehouse. It means transforming it. A items remain stocked. B items can be maintained at lower levels with access to the SpareCircle platform as a fast backup. C items with no movement in 12+ months are listed immediately.
The result is a warehouse that is 30–40% smaller, fully compliant, and connected to a live network of 1,400+ partner plants. You are not alone in your spares strategy — you are part of a community.
9 min read · Audit · Implementation · Roadmap
An audit without an action plan is a report — and reports change nothing. The maintenance industry is full of consultants who deliver a 200-page document, invoice, and disappear. The plant manager reads it, files it, and six months later nothing has changed.
Spare-Link's approach is different. We deliver three things that work together: the audit findings, the action plan that prioritises them, and the implementation roadmap that tells your team exactly what to do, in what order, with what resources.
Every finding from the audit is classified by severity (critical / major / minor) and by ease of implementation (quick win / medium-term / structural). This creates a 2×2 matrix that drives prioritisation:
| Severity | Quick Win (0–2 weeks) | Medium Term (1–3 months) | Structural (3–12 months) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Critical | Immediate action — stop the risk | Root cause elimination | System redesign |
| Major | Temporary fix + plan | Permanent corrective action | Process change |
| Minor | Schedule and do it | Bundle with PM cycle | Next budget cycle |
10 min read · Compliance · Asset Management
ISO 55000 is the international standard for asset management. Most maintenance managers encounter it as a compliance requirement or audit framework. But when applied correctly, it is one of the most powerful tools for improving maintenance performance, reducing costs, and aligning maintenance with business strategy.
8 min read · Metrics · Dashboard
| KPI | Formula | What It Tells You | Target Direction |
|---|---|---|---|
| MTBF | Total uptime ÷ Number of failures | Equipment reliability — how long it runs before failing | ↑ Higher is better |
| MTTR | Total repair time ÷ Number of repairs | Maintenance agility — how fast you restore equipment | ↓ Lower is better |
| OEE | Availability × Performance × Quality | Overall asset effectiveness — the gold standard | ↑ World class ≥ 85% |
Tracking MTBF is not the same as improving it. The KPI only has value when it triggers a question: why did MTBF decline this month? And when the answer leads to a specific action — a PM frequency change, a part upgrade, a technician training session.

Key terms: electromagnetic flowmeter, vortex flowmeter, Coriolis mass flowmeter, flow measurement accuracy, process instrumentation, DN selection, fluid conductivity, Reynolds number, custody transfer metering, industrial flow sensor
Flowmeter selection starts with four questions: What is the fluid? What accuracy does the application require? What is the operating pressure and temperature? And what is the budget? Answering these eliminates most options immediately.
Electromagnetic flowmeters (also called mag meters or magflow) work on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. They require a conductive fluid — minimum conductivity of about 5 microsiemens per centimetre. They have no moving parts, which means near-zero maintenance and pressure drop. They excel in water, wastewater, slurries, acids, bases and food-grade liquids. The Spare-Link SL-FMC240 covers DN15 to DN2000 with 0.3% accuracy and works with HART, Modbus and Profibus.
Vortex meters measure the frequency of vortices shed by a bluff body in the flow stream. They handle steam, compressed air, natural gas and clean liquids. They cannot measure low-velocity flows and require a minimum Reynolds number above 10,000. Key advantage: they can measure steam volumetrically without the installation complexity of a differential pressure setup. Require 10-20D straight pipe upstream.
Coriolis meters measure true mass flow and fluid density simultaneously. They are immune to fluid properties, pressure and temperature changes. Used in custody transfer, batching and any application where a 0.1% accuracy is required. The trade-off is cost and susceptibility to vibration from nearby equipment. Always specify damping options when ordering for vibrating structures.
Contact Spare-Link application engineers with your process data sheet and we will recommend the correct model, liner, electrode material and output protocol for your exact application.

Key terms: obsolete spare parts, discontinued parts sourcing, OEM equivalent, cross-reference parts, packaging machine parts, industrial parts procurement, spare parts China sourcing, last time buy strategy, aftermarket parts, reverse engineering industrial components
OEMs stop manufacturing parts for three main reasons: model discontinuation, supplier consolidation and deliberate planned obsolescence to encourage machine upgrades. For industrial users, this creates a crisis when a machine that still runs well fails because a single component cannot be found.
Before declaring a part unfindable, work through this hierarchy systematically. First, check secondary market distributors and MRO platforms. Second, contact the original OEM's spare parts department — they sometimes have old stock or can manufacture a small batch. Third, find a cross-reference from a compatible brand. Fourth, commission a reverse-engineered replacement manufactured to original specifications.
Packaging machinery has some of the highest part obsolescence rates in industry. Tetra Pak, SIG, Elopak, Ishida, Bosch Packaging — all have models from the 1990s and 2000s still running in factories today. When the manufacturer has moved to a new platform, those parts simply stop being made. The situation is worse for Asian-manufactured filling lines where the OEM may no longer exist.
Send us your part number, machine brand and a photo of the failed component. We will locate or manufacture it — at a fraction of the cost of a new machine.

Key terms: supplier audit China, instrument manufacturer audit, CE certification verification, ISO 9001 supplier audit, counterfeit instrument detection, ATEX compliance check, supply chain quality control, factory inspection industrial instruments, vendor qualification, procurement risk
The industrial instrumentation market has a serious counterfeiting problem. Instruments carrying CE, ATEX and ISO certificates are sold globally — but a significant portion of low-cost products on the market do not meet the specifications on the label. A pressure transmitter rated for SIL 2 that has never been safety tested is not just a quality issue; it is a safety liability.
Spare-Link supplier audits are priced at RMB 5,000 per day plus transportation, with the full written report included. Most audits of a single manufacturing site are completed in one to two days. The cost is almost always recovered in the first avoided quality incident.
Contact us with your supplier details and audit scope and we will prepare a proposal within 48 hours.

Key terms: pressure transmitter 4-20mA, differential pressure transmitter, pressure gauge industrial, process pressure measurement, HART pressure sensor, SIL 2 pressure transmitter, gauge vs transmitter selection, pressure measurement accuracy, 316L stainless diaphragm, pressure calibration
A pressure gauge gives you a local mechanical readout. A pressure transmitter converts pressure into a 4-20 mA or digital signal that goes to a control system. If a human needs to see the pressure at the point of measurement, you need a gauge. If a PLC, DCS or SCADA system needs the value, you need a transmitter. If you need both — install both.
For transmitters: output signal (4-20 mA HART is the standard for most plants), accuracy class (0.1% or 0.075% for critical applications), process connection (1/2 NPT or DIN flange), diaphragm material (316L SS for most, Hastelloy C for aggressive media), certifications needed (ATEX for zone 1/2, SIL 2 for safety functions).
For gauges: bourdon tube material, connection size, dial size, glycerine filling for vibrating lines, over-pressure protection.
The Spare-Link SL-P300 transmitter series covers 0-1 mbar to 0-1000 bar with 0.075% accuracy. Our application team will specify the correct model and accessories for your process conditions.

Key terms: packaging machine instruments, food packaging flow measurement, fill level control sensor, in-line pH monitor food, hygienic pressure transmitter, CIP validation instruments, form-fill-seal instrumentation, dairy packaging instruments, Tetra Pak instrumentation, beverage filling line sensors
Accurate fill volume is both a regulatory and economic requirement. A magnetic flowmeter on each filling head gives real-time volumetric data, enabling immediate rejection of underfilled or overfilled packs. For dairy and juice lines, use a hygienic design with triclamp connections and electrodes approved for food contact (platinum or titanium).
For acidic or alkaline food products, continuous pH monitoring detects product variation before it reaches the filler. A drop in pH on a sauce line or a rise in a dairy CIP return loop is a process alarm that saves the batch. Retractable probe designs allow sensor removal without process shutdown during CIP cycles.
Buffer tanks between processing and filling must maintain a stable level to prevent pressure fluctuations at the filler. A radar or ultrasonic level transmitter with 4-20mA output feeding the infeed pump speed controller is the standard solution. Choose a no-contact design to avoid CIP contamination issues.
CIP (Clean-In-Place) validation requires proof of adequate flow velocity through all circuits. Differential pressure transmitters across the CIP pump confirm flow rate; line pressure transmitters verify that cleaning solution has reached all dead legs and spray heads. This data is logged for food safety compliance records.
The hold tube temperature is the most critical measurement in a pasteurisation system. A PT100 RTD with a response time under 5 seconds, installed in a thermowell sized for the tube ID, with 4-20mA HART output to the pasteuriser PLC, is the standard. Redundant sensors are required for HACCP critical control points.
Spare-Link supplies hygienic-grade instruments compliant with 3A Sanitary Standards and EHEDG guidelines for all these applications. Contact us with your line layout and we will provide a complete instrument list with specifications.

Key terms: IIoT industrial instruments, HART protocol 7, WirelessHART sensor, Modbus RTU transmitter, Industry 4.0 instrumentation, digital twin process plant, OPC-UA instrument integration, predictive maintenance IIoT sensor, smart transmitter diagnostics, instrument asset management digital
The most common misconception about IIoT is that it requires replacing all existing instruments. In reality, most 4-20mA HART transmitters already carry digital data in the signal — it simply is not being read. A HART multiplexer or wireless adapter costs a fraction of a new transmitter and unlocks device diagnostics, process variables and status data from instruments already installed.
HART (Highway Addressable Remote Transducer) has been built into 4-20mA transmitters since the 1980s. Over 80 million HART-enabled instruments are installed worldwide, but fewer than 20% of them have the HART channel actively used. Plugging a HART gateway into your existing marshalling cabinet connects those instruments to your SCADA or historian immediately — no rewiring, no process shutdown.
WirelessHART adapters clip onto a standard HART instrument and transmit data via the IEC 62591 mesh network. Battery life is typically 5-10 years at 4-second update rates. Ideal for rotating equipment, remote tanks, safety showers and any location where cable installation is impractical or expensive.
Instruments with Modbus RTU output connect via RS-485 cable to a Modbus TCP gateway, which exposes all device registers as OPC-UA nodes. This is the standard integration path for analysers, pH meters, conductivity sensors and level instruments that do not support HART.
Spare-Link supplies IIoT-ready instruments and integration consulting. We help you build the connectivity architecture before you specify a single instrument.

Beyond supplying instruments, Spare-Link provides structured maintenance auditing and strategic consulting. We enter your facility, analyse your current maintenance programme in depth, identify every gap, risk and inefficiency — then deliver a prioritised action plan with a full 90-day implementation roadmap. Your team knows exactly what to fix, in what order, and why.
A Maintenance Audit is a structured, independent assessment of your plant's instrumentation health, maintenance practices, spare parts strategy, calibration management, and team capabilities. It is not a sales visit — it is a professional engineering diagnostic that exposes the true state of your operations with full objectivity.
Most industrial facilities operate with instruments that are over-aged, mis-calibrated, poorly documented, or simply the wrong technology for the application. Our auditors quantify these gaps, assign risk priority numbers, and rank each finding by its impact on production safety and total cost.
The result is a concrete, executable action plan — not a generic report. Every recommendation is tied to a specific instrument, a cost estimate, a timeline, and an expected return on investment. We then build a visual roadmap so your team can execute confidently.
"We came in and found 40% of the flowmeters were outside calibration tolerance. None of the operators knew — because no one had checked in over 3 years."

A proven, repeatable methodology refined across 200+ industrial audits in 30+ countries.
Before setting foot on site, our team reviews all available documentation: P&IDs, maintenance logs, calibration records, equipment registers, historical work orders, and previous audit reports. We identify gaps and prepare targeted checklists specific to your process and industry sector.
Our engineers walk every process loop, inspecting each instrument for installation compliance, environmental exposure, signal integrity, display condition, tag labelling, and physical damage. Critical instruments are bench-tested or loop-checked on site. Photographs are taken of every significant finding.
Each finding is classified using a Risk Priority Number (RPN) matrix scoring Severity × Occurrence × Detectability. This creates an objective, defensible ranking — from critical safety risks requiring immediate action to low-priority observations. The RPN matrix is transparent and provided to your team in full.
For each significant finding we identify the root cause, not just the symptom. We provide at least two corrective options per finding (repair vs. replace, upgrade vs. recalibrate) with cost-benefit analysis and lead-time estimates — so your team can make informed, budget-conscious decisions.
A complete written Action Plan is delivered within 5 working days of the audit. It lists every corrective action, assigns an owner (your team or Spare-Link), sets deadlines, and includes estimated costs and projected ROI. The plan is structured to be executed, not filed away and forgotten.
We build a visual 90-day roadmap showing quick wins, medium-term improvements, and long-term strategic upgrades. Spare-Link consultants remain available to support execution and conduct progress reviews at 30, 60, and 90-day milestones, culminating in a formal closeout report.
Choose the level of engagement that fits your needs — from a rapid health check to a full multi-site strategic programme.
A focused 1-day survey of your critical instrumentation. Ideal as a starting point or pre-shutdown review. Delivers a traffic-light status report within 48 hours.

Spare-Link goes beyond instruments and audits. We help you design, structure and embed a lasting maintenance organisation — from scratch or from an existing baseline — with clear roles, processes, and governance.
Many industrial facilities have maintenance activities but no real maintenance organisation. Technicians react to breakdowns, tasks are untracked, responsibilities are unclear, and institutional knowledge lives only in people's heads — creating massive risk when staff leave.
Spare-Link consulting helps you build or restructure your maintenance organisation with a clear framework of roles, responsibilities, processes, tools and KPIs — aligned to recognised methodologies such as TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), RCM (Reliability-Centred Maintenance), and WCM (World Class Manufacturing).
Whether you are starting a new plant, integrating after a merger, or transforming a reactive maintenance culture into a proactive one — we have a proven approach to get you there efficiently.
Moving from firefighting breakdowns to planned, predictive, condition-based maintenance that prevents failures before they happen.
Replacing individual heroics and tribal knowledge with documented processes, standard procedures, and a team that functions even when key people are absent.
Shifting the conversation from "how much does maintenance cost" to "how much value does a well-maintained plant generate" — linking maintenance performance to business outcomes.
Clear org chart, job descriptions, competency matrices, training plans, and succession management for every maintenance role.
Documented standard operating procedures for every maintenance task, work order management, permit-to-work, and MOC processes.
Selection, implementation or optimisation of your CMMS (SAP PM, Maximo, Ultimo, eMaint) to manage work orders, assets and history.
Definition of meaningful maintenance KPIs, management dashboards, and review cadences that drive accountability and continuous improvement.
PDCA cycles, Root Cause Analysis culture, lessons-learned loops, and annual re-assessment to keep improving year after year.
An action plan is only as good as the thinking behind it. Here is exactly how Spare-Link builds yours — from raw audit findings to a structured, executable document your team can own and track.
Every finding from the audit is entered into a master register, categorised by domain (instrumentation, procedures, training, spare parts, CMMS) and tagged with its root cause type.
Each finding is scored on three axes — business impact (safety, production, cost), ease of implementation, and speed of benefit delivery — creating a clear priority ranking.
Each action is written in a structured format: What, Why, How, Who, When, and How Much — making it immediately executable without further interpretation.
| # | Finding | Action Required | RPN | Owner | Phase | Deadline | Cost Est. | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 001 | FT-101 magnetic flowmeter reading 14% below reference — out of calibration tolerance | Recalibrate or replace FT-101. Verify upstream installation conditions. Update calibration certificate in CMMS. | 252 | Maintenance Lead | PHASE 1 | Week 1 | $800 | OPEN |
| 002 | No documented PM procedure exists for pressure transmitters PT-201 to PT-215 | Write standard PM SOP for pressure transmitters. Review and approve with maintenance manager. Load into CMMS. | 126 | Reliability Eng. | PHASE 2 | Week 4 | $200 | IN PROGRESS |
| 003 | Spare parts buffer for radar level transmitters is zero — single point of failure risk | Define minimum stock of 2 units LT-301 series. Place order. Update spare parts register and min/max in ERP. | 108 | Stores Manager | PHASE 2 | Week 5 | $4,200 | CLOSED |
| 004 | Technicians have no formal training record for pH analyser maintenance and calibration | Schedule and deliver 1-day liquid analyser training workshop. Issue certificates. Record competency in HR system. | 72 | HR + Maintenance | PHASE 3 | Week 9 | $1,500 | PLANNED |
An action plan without governance is just a wish list. We put in place a review structure that ensures actions are actually completed — on time, on budget, with accountability.
Short 30-minute weekly stand-up with the maintenance team to review action status, unblock obstacles, and update the tracking dashboard.
Spare-Link delivers a monthly progress report showing actions closed, overdue, and at-risk, alongside trending KPIs vs. the baseline established at audit.
Structured 30 / 60 / 90-day milestone workshops with Spare-Link consultants and plant management to review progress, re-prioritise if needed, and plan the next phase.
At 100% completion, Spare-Link issues a formal Closeout Report confirming all actions closed, final KPI improvement vs. baseline, and recommendations for the next audit cycle.

Your maintenance warehouse holds parts that haven't moved in 2+ years. They are tying up capital, risking obsolescence, and violating ISO 55000 asset management principles. SpareCircle lets you recover their value — and helps other plants get exactly what they need.
Most maintenance warehouses hold 25–40% of stock with zero movement in the past 24 months. ISO 55000 calls this critical asset risk.
Parts sitting >24 months represent cash that is completely unproductive. That capital could be invested in predictive tools, training or equipment upgrades. Meanwhile, storage costs accumulate every month.
Avg. 18–35% of warehouse valueAs equipment ages or is replaced, spare parts become incompatible. Without an active rotation strategy, you reach the point of mandatory disposal — writing off assets at zero or scrap value. This is a direct financial loss with no recovery path.
ISO 55000 §8.4 — Asset disposal riskWhile holding excess on some references, your plant may be critically short on others. Poor stock rotation distorts your maintenance warehouse profile. Parts you urgently need may be sitting idle at a neighbouring plant 200 km away.
Maintenance efficiency — MTTR impactFour steps from dormant stock to recovered value — fully managed by Spare-Link's engineering team.
Submit your warehouse inventory (export from CMMS or spreadsheet). Our team applies ISO 55000 criteria to classify parts by age, criticality and condition. Dormant parts (>24 months, no movement) are listed on the platform.
ISO 55000 §6.2 Asset ReviewOur engineering database cross-references your parts against current demand from our global network of 1,400+ industrial plants. Compatible requests are matched. Technical specs are verified before any transfer is proposed.
Cross-industry compatibility checkOnce a match is confirmed, Spare-Link manages logistics, documentation (certificates, traceability records) and payment. You receive fair market value — typically 40–70% of original purchase price — transferred directly to your account.
Full traceability — CE / ATEX docsWith proceeds recovered and dead stock removed, we help you redefine your critical spare parts list — aligned to your current equipment fleet, failure modes (FMEA), and ISO 55000 service level targets. Your warehouse becomes leaner and more responsive.
FMEA-based restock advisoryISO 55000 defines a systematic framework for managing physical assets throughout their full lifecycle — from acquisition through utilisation to disposal or renewal. Holding spare parts beyond their useful or relevant lifecycle is a compliance gap, not just a financial one.
The standard requires organisations to have documented evidence of asset review, utilisation tracking, and disposal decisions — with justification aligned to business objectives and risk management.
Organisations shall plan asset disposal when assets reach end-of-life, become obsolete, or when holding costs exceed the value they provide. Uncontrolled accumulation of non-moving spares is a documented risk.
Assets with zero demand movement over 24 consecutive months are classified as potentially obsolete under most ISO 55000-aligned maintenance strategies. Review is mandatory at this threshold.
SpareCircle is not just a resale platform — it is a strategic asset management tool that improves your financial and operational performance simultaneously.
Instead of writing off dormant parts at scrap price or zero, SpareCircle connects you with buyers who need exactly what you have — at fair market value. Typical recovery: 40–70% of original purchase price versus 0–5% at scrap.
Every part removed from your warehouse reduces storage cost, insurance burden, and inventory management overhead. Plants using SpareCircle report 25–40% reduction in warehouse holding costs within 18 months.
SpareCircle provides documented proof of your asset disposal decisions — exactly what ISO 55000 audits require. Full audit trail: asset review date, condition assessment, transfer certificate, and market valuation record.
As a member, you also gain access to the full SpareCircle catalogue — parts listed by other industrial plants that match your equipment fleet. Emergency needs, fast-lead-time sourcing, and hard-to-find references for legacy equipment.
After listing and clearing dormant stock, our engineers use FMEA and your equipment register to help you build a leaner, more accurate critical spare parts list — aligned to your actual failure modes and ISO 55000 service levels.
Every part circulated through SpareCircle is one less part going to landfill or industrial scrap. Circular economy principles in maintenance — measurable ESG impact for your sustainability reporting and corporate environmental targets.

Before your packing machine or separator ships to your country — let our certified field technicians inspect it at the factory floor. Full safety compliance audit according to international standards.
When you import a packing machine or separator from a Chinese supplier, the risk of receiving non-compliant or defective equipment is real. Discovering a problem after customs clearance is extremely costly.
Spare-Link deploys a certified field technician directly to your supplier's factory. The expert inspects the machine before crating, verifies safety compliance against the relevant standards, and issues a formal audit report that accompanies the shipment.
Did you know? A significant share of industrial machines exported from China fail to meet EU or US safety standards at destination inspection. An on-site audit eliminates this risk at source — before the machine is packed and shipped.
Our technicians visit the supplier's site during final assembly or pre-shipment phase, test all critical functions and verify the machine against agreed specifications and applicable safety directives.
Structured across three domains covering every aspect of your packing machine or separator before it leaves the supplier's facility.
A clear 5-step process from your request to final shipment clearance.
Contact Spare-Link with the machine type, supplier location and shipping timeline. We confirm feasibility and issue a formal quotation within 24h.
We assign the right specialist — packing machine expert or separator technician — and coordinate the visit with your supplier's schedule.
Our technician attends the factory. Systematic inspection covers mechanical, electrical, safety and documentation. Live findings shared with you daily.
Non-conformities are documented and presented to the supplier. Our technician supervises corrections before the machine is cleared for crating.
A detailed written report with photographic evidence and compliance scoring is delivered within 48h. The machine is cleared for shipment.
No hidden costs. Your quotation itemises every component — audit days, transport and accommodation. We provide a fixed-price proposal before mobilisation.
Final pricing depends on supplier location within China, number of audit days and machine complexity. Contact us for a custom quote.
