Shipping Your Parcel
Parcels are generally dispatched within 8 days after payment is received. They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Parcels can also be shipped via UPS Extra, other carriers, as well as by boat, and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional charges. Regardless of the chosen delivery method, we will send you a link to track your parcel online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as shipping charges. Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping charges vary based on the total weight of the parcel. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping fees apply to each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is given to fragile items. We handle customs clearance and shipping to your port. All parcels are securely and properly packaged.
